you are most use to in a show bit. It is sweet iron mouth piece
with copper inlay and the shanks are steel with sterling silver
overlay. The mouth will rust, but horses like the taste. To
minimize the rust on the mouth, clean the bit after use). Copper (brown) with .999 silver inlay-Black with .999 silver inlay This is done by a heating process. The color will eventually wear off and turn a brown color. The mouth piece is sweet iron with a copper inlay. These bits WILL RUST. Some people, especially cowboys, find this desirable. The rust can be minimized by coating the bit often with oil. Color can be put back into the bits if the rust is not too bad. *** In Memo field on order page put leverage desired (straight, slightly back or standard) , copper rollers on bars , slobber chain instead of solid bar If left empty we will give you the standard leverage , no rollers and solid slobber bar You can also customize your bit. Just tell us want you need or want and it can be made. For example if you like a concho on one bit but the shank on another or a larger concho. NO problem it can be made. Can also change mouthpieces on your old bit - cost is approx $115-140 (depending on mouthpiece) plus shipping.
